How can I buy lift tickets online?

How does the ticket system work?

We recommend that you buy your ticket online in advance in the Ticket Shop. You can find further information and tickets directly in our ticket store.
You can also buy tickets at the ticket machines in the valley station or in the mountain at the buffet in the restaurant.

May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

It is possible to purchase several tickets in one order.

The ticket data is linked and saved in "My account".
The administration of the tickets takes place on "My account".
Next year, the keycard number, name, etc.... will already be registered.

What about kids?

Children 0-6 years accompanied by an adult travel free of charge
Children from 7-14 years have a reduced fare

Do I need an existing keycard?

You do not need a keycard to buy online. If you don`t have a keycard buy it online and pick it up at the ticket office

Receipt and confirmation?

You will receive a e-mail receipt to the address you used in your purchase

What is the difference between a keycard/chipcard and a ticket?

Keycard is the physical card, plastic card you use when you go through the gates at the resort

Where do i find the chip/keycard number?

The number of your chip/keycard is printed on the plastic card

I forgot my keycard at home

HOW CAN I GET A KEY CARD?

The Keycard should be placed in your left pocket.

Do I have to choose a specific date?

The skipass you purchased is valid for the period you purchased.

Do I have to go to the ticketoffice first?

If you reloaded a Keycard/chipcard you cand go directly to the slopes, unless the product you bought requires other information.

If you did not have Keycard and ordered this online, you'll need to go to the ticketoffice to pick this up.
